I had a fantastic experience working with Vinh to find tenants for my home. This was my first time as a landlord, and Vinh was incredibly helpful every step of the way. He advised on realistic rental rates, showed the property to many prospective tenants, created the lease agreement, and even helped me find reliable contractors for last-minute repairs. Despite being out of town, I felt confident with Vinh handling everything. I'll absolutely use his services again!

TL;DR : Vinh was extremely knowledgable and was open and honest throughout the process. He was also very responsive and went the extra mile. I would highly recommend.
I worked with Vinh as a first time homebuyer. The process can seem daunting and overwhelming , but Vinh made the process as smooth as possible. From our initial consultation where he explained every step of the process, until he handed me the keys, he was was there every step of the way to answer any questions. He was also good about taking care of obstacles. He was very organized and knowledgable about the market. Vinh kept me in the loop every step up the way. If you are a first time buyer or if you are in the market for your dream home, I highly recommend working with Vinh!

Vinny was recommended to us from Nancy Reynolds (who is also an awesome realtor herself) after our first agent was too busy to work with us. We often had to wait for days before we hear back from her. In a hot sellers market where homes could be sold before it comes on the market or within days of being available, every day is crucial. To say our first agent was unresponsive, unprepared, and unprofessional was an understatement. She just seemed like she didnt care because there was always an excuse why she wasnt reachable or unprepared for a meeting. When Nancy said she had another agent in the office that we would be very happy with, we had our doubts. But it was love at first sight with Vinny! He connected with us within minutes of the referral and spent over an hour going over the details of the inspection report and answering our many rookie questions. We knew we didnt have a big budget and couldnt afford most houses in the area, but Vinny never made us feel less than his highest priority and most valued customers. You can tell he takes pride in his work and he loves helping people achieve their goals.
If you want your realtor to treat you like family and look out for every detail and for your best interest, Vinny is your person. Not only was Vinny knowledgeable, attentive, patient, professional, and kind during our home buying process, he also was very responsive. Even if he was in a meeting or with another client, he would make sure to respond to confirm receipt of message and got back to us as soon as he was available.
Since we bought an older home, there were many repairs and maintenance required before its move-in ready. Vinny kept in touch after we closed escrow to help us get bids for all the work and select the contractors. He even performed a few walk-throughs with me to ensure proper communication and quality of work. With work and two little rascals at home, we just didnt have time to research and compare prices. Vinny took care of all that for us! We also genuinely feel like we gained a new friend in the process. Our toddler even calls him Uncle Vinny. We would highly recommend Vinny for your home buying/selling adventure. Its a guarantee that Vinny will make the process less stressful for you.

We recently purchased a home with Vinh's professional help. As first-time home buyers in Bay Area, we thought the process would be very stressful. But luckily, with Vinh's help, the whole experience was much smoother than expected. Within about two months, we started from "not so sure about what we actually want or whether we can buy a home" to successfully closing a home that satisfy of our needs affordability, location, space layout, lifestyle and school potentials.
The home search & tours: We initially connected with Vinh through Zillow platform, with a mindset of just trying out how it's like to talk with an agent and go to home tours. Vinh replied quickly on a holiday long weekend evening, and was available to schedule the tour for us the next day within such a short notice. We told him that we were actually not in great need of buying a home, we just wanted to get a taste of what's out there. Vinh patiently spent good amount of time to help us understand the home buyer 101s and walk through example disclosure documents with us as a learning process. In parallel, Vinh let us know about available homes that might be of our interest. We kept the pace of exploring about 2 sites per week on average with Vinh, seeing various styles, price ranges and locations, during which we never felt being pushed to land on anything, and Vinh encouraged us to take our time to explore. During the tours, Vinh was good at asking important questions and pointing out pros and cons. We gradually got better and better idea about our preferences.
Making an offer: When we came across the one home that surprisingly has all we need and wanted to try making an offer, Vinh's communication and research skills were extremely helpful. He proactively and efficiently communicate with seller agent, lenders, HOA, neighbors, to inform us as much as possible. He also compiled information of nearby similar homes in a clear table to help us estimate the value range of the target home. He provided estimates about the likelihood of competing offers and the bidding price range, taking into account the changing market trends and our own preference level. By the time we made the offer, we were well informed, feeling comfortable about our decision and confident about our rights being protected in the contract.
Towards closing: Vinh was well organized in the process. He kept us on track of what should be done by when and what to expect next. He consistently communicated with the seller, lender and escrow and updated us with the progress. Besides the paperwork and procedures, Vinh also helped us figure out things like parking, mailing, utilities, community facilities, HOA etc. Any questions we had, big or small, Vinh was always responsive and quick to find the answers.
It was an exciting journey and we are looking forward to start a new page in our home. Thank you, Vinh, our friend!

Vinh has been absolutely amazing! We closed on a home last month as a first time homebuyer and it was, in large part, due to Vinh's guidance. He is extremely knowledgeable and honest about his price estimates and thanks to him we had a realistic expectation of every home we put an offer on.
My favorite thing about Vinh was that he was there for us every step throughout the process and answer all our questions/concerns even at the weirdest times. I would truly recommend Vinh to my close friends and family because he is that good!
I will definitely use Vinh when I decide to purchase another home/move!
