We worked with Aaron and Iris in 2020. We were first time home buyers and they helped us to navigate the market. This was the pandemic time and we needed to schedule visit for every property. Aaron and Iris did all the arrangements and accompanied us to every single property and was very flexible in accommodating our schedule. Aaron took time to walk us through home inspection report in great length and explained it well. He went extra step to contact the home inspection companies and schedule visits to clarify our questions on the reports.Communication with them very easy and they were proactive. This was very important for us as first time buyers. Finally, they were able to find us a property which matches our requirements.
They facilitated our communication with the landlord even after we close the purchase and made sure we are not missing any step in the process.
They have treated us like their own family, we loved working with them and we would highly recommend Aaron and Iris.
