        Ive never had an issue at this post office. Theres a line, because its a post office, but the staff are competent and friendly. Tip: you can do almost everything at the self service kiosk. Theres no need to stand in line in 2024.

        I dropped off an important letter for certified mail and they ended up losing it. However the manager was apologetic and told me that they were truly sorry and they try to hit the 100% percent mark and that they would refund me for it. Which they ended up doing! The service was great and he came out right away and even investigated what happened. The service was quick for sending out a letter! It cost almost $5 for certified mail.
