        The lady was very polite and helpful. I have never sent a package before and needed to do this for lawyers. It worked out well. She helped ensure that all the details were correct and she is very courteous.

        I drove 30 min to this office because of its late hours. The door is closed during business hours with a note saying lunch break till 4:20 pm. I have to wait for 40 min to drop off a box. The staff was pretty impatient. Its such a terrible experience.

        Customer service is okay. USPS is located inside a little shopping mall. Wait time was not much at around 4 pm weekday.
