Juan and his team arrived promptly and did a good job. I thought I was going crazy after calling 15 -20 jumpy rental companies and only 3 of them meet mine and the parks requirements of 1.park jumpy delivery, 2.they have business insurance, 3. Can pick up jumpy after 7:30pm on a Sunday. Out of the 3 companies that said yes to these 3 requirements, 1 had terrible reviews, the 2nd company charges an outrageous $400 delivery/pickup fee which is double the fee they charge for the jumpy rental itself, and then finally I found Xpress Jumpr which worked out nicely for a fair price.

Called them last minute to get chairs for an event at home. Didnt respond on the call but immediately texted to check whats the requirement. Chairs were ready in 30 minutes. Once there, they loaded the chairs into the car themselves. Drop off was smooth too. Dont search for parking around, just reverse into the driveway just beside the address. Definitely recommend getting your services from them.

Juan and his team were able to help us on very short notice when other arrangements fell through. Drop off, pick up, and payment was a breeze.

We reserved a jumper for a birthday party and finalized what we needed and agreed time for delivery. On day of delivery, no show from company and I contracted them several times. 90-minutes after original scheduled delivery, they should up but this vendor had outsourced the service to another vendor/company. Unfortunately the jumper did not meet the theme we agreed which led to disappointment for kids birthday party. The jumper was picked up the following day, and when I asked for a discount due to late delivery and not delivering what we agreed, the owner demanded I still pay full amount. This was a big disappointment for us and very low standard as customer service.
