This is a great affordable courteous company. They have nice clean Jumpers, the owner is quick to deliver and accommodate the needs of its customers. As he did with us. I highly recommend this company based on the fact that we've been using him for several years now and not once has he disappointed us.

The bad reviews were years ago, so I decided to give them a try. The prices were reasonable and they weren't far. However, on the day of the event, Kenny didn't show up, because he would've been really late. We were supposed to get the Dunk Tank, cotton candy maker, and Snowcone maker for our October 31 event. He said that he would give a refund, but we never got that either. Well, there goes our money! and we don't prosecute people. But we will let our members in our Bay Area networks know what happened. Maybe it was just a bad day. It happens to all of us.It's a good thing I found Kenji of JumpNParty dot net. They had great customer service and best of all, they were very SAFE, which is more important.

I have rented from them many times and have always received good service for a great price . Last year for my sons birthday they left the jumper for an extra day . My kids loved it!!

AMAZING customer service. We've used this company many, many times without a problem but the opposite. Customer service galore! I forgot to order and called Thursday after work hours, ordered a jump house for yesterday Saturday. "Sure! "They delivered on time and picked up today (Easter evening) How nice is that???Customer service is polite, courteous, they go out and beyond for the customer. The ONLY company for this to use.

I have to be honest that I was a little scared to place my order with k&a jumpers as they had so many bad reviews!!  But boy am I glad I did....I had a huge party 16 tables, 150 chairs,jumper, piñata , dunk tank and helium tank ( FYI there was a shortage on helium) yet they still got me one, and canopy in two areas to give my guests shade for a really great deal!! They delivered one day before as they had said and set everything up!! The poor guys had to do three trips due to my large order, and came back to help me add some more shade at no cost... :) I will definitely continue using them as they were awesome and my party was perfect.....
