Awesome store, clean and well stocked. Went in today to buy some of the KitKats from over seas. Mai was checking me out at the register and I asked if they had any larger bags. Cause I bought two items at Micheals and they didnt have any big bags. She helped me find one that fit perfectly. Also told me about signing up for the stores incentive program. Which was free and got me 15% off my snacks. Which was amazing. Saving my day on the bag situation and helping me get a coupon on my snacks. I will totally be back! Kind employees with awesome customer service.

I go there to check out a wall art , decide to buy it online. The store manager says if I buy it online , I will have to come back to pick up the items. So I leave the cart with the 2 items . I get home and order it online . When I go to pick up my online order about a week later, the art has been tagged as on hold for me - and the store manager gives me a earful about how it should not be on-hold for me , it should have been tagged with the order number ( as if the customer is supposed to do this ). Also my other item is no where to be found - and this too is somehow my fault . Why is cost plus sending ready for pickup emails , if the store cant get their act together?
