Micheal is a A hole, my wife and I own Sober Living Environments, so we don't have a lot of money. We purchased $16k in bedroom furniture from Micheal as we had just relocated our Dual Diagnosis House to get rid of a bed bug problem. So this guy opens us an account with his credit company, charges up all my cards, and then never delivers all the product. We demand delivery of the product we paid for before we gave him more money and he told me to F**K myself. I cancelled one of the charges which was about 1/2 of what he cheated me out of. So he then forges documents to fight the charge back. So now I have to warn EVERYBODY these guys are liars and cheaters. I will take him to small claims court and handle, although time and money are tight. But the rest of you DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

I'm not going to say I don't believe the other stories, because I don't judge them to be impossible based on my experience with the owners of this company. BUT I do want to highly commend Cory on his excellent customer service. If you walk in and are greeted by him (I think he may be the only person with dark skin who works there), you can count on a positive experience with a knowledgeable person! 2 of my 4 stars are just for him, and the other 2 are product satisfaction. I have made two purchases here, and will likely do so again. The first time was for a couch at home, which we got in just the color we wanted because it was fully customizable, and the price for that was unbeatable. We did work with an older man that day, who I believed was the owner, and yes, he was the embodiment of Grumpy Cat, and yes, when I return top shop again, I will call ahead and ask when Cory is working and go at those times. But the craftsmanship of our couch is wonderful, and the gentlemen who delivered our couch were charming and outgoing. The second purchase is yet to be delivered, but I understand [this time] that it will occur within a range of a week, not necessarily on a promised day or time. It would be to the company's benefit if they were more clear about this process, but basically, when the product is finished, it doesn't transfer straight onto a truck to come to you. The piece ends up in another cue and waits its turn to be delivered. So, even though the first time we ordered, we were told the couch would be done in 4 weeks, and yes, it could be delivered on a Saturday for us, it didn't mean we would have it that 4th week's Saturday, but more likely the next one... If you need something by a fast and hard deadline, go somewhere else, but if you are patient and relaxed about it, the piece you ordered will get there. So, in conclusion, I go here to get furniture that is well made and incredibly well priced, but yeah - you get what you pay for. The management is very clear that what you'll be missing is having your hand held through the showroom, but hey, I go here for furniture, not to be treated like royalty.
