Ascent Apartments

Ashley is the best!! When my husband and I toured apartments back in December, there was one particular apartment we had our eye on. Long story short, Ashley went above and beyond to make sure to contact us as soon as the apartment was available. Ashley continues to give exceptional customer service, make sure to ask for her if you're touring! Also the apartment complex itself is immaculate - better than I expected. I've lived here for 3 months now and the complex is always clean, well maintained (the maintenance team is AMAZING), and quiet. The amenities are *chef's kiss* so good.

Great place to live close to most things. Management is easy to work with. Units are spacious. Neighbors are great!

I have been living here for 6 months and so far its been great. The community is very nice and well taken care of. The pool area is beautiful. They have a lot of activities going on such as weekly food trucks and holiday events throughout the year. When i was moving in Catrina was extremely helpful. She made the process so easy and stress free. The office staff is very nice and maintenance is great, they take care of all request quickly. Fernando V, Gabriel and Ahmed have also helped me several maintenence issues. They are always friendly, efficient and professional.

Omid and Gabriel are awesome, they swapped out our washer and dryer and even took the time to check it out and show me how the new unit works. The cramped space they got to work in was no problem for them. Wicked job guys, the maintenance crew here are awesome!

I will give one star if I can. Very bad apartmentMuy mal apartamento Cn h rt t. Dont live here. Long time ago I live here, with the following problems. I decided move out and give one month notice. Today, the have an agency contact me charge $1700. I may need to find out my own lawyer to speak with Ascent. I have listed some reasons for your reference. 1. Ant Problems always. Our apt is always clean but still can see ants coming in from the wall. 2. Dog Barking at night that make us couldn't sleep 3. Fire Alarm is always on for some reason, and nobody turns it off. (One time the Fire Alarm is on, but the garage door is locked. All the cars have been locked inside of the garage which is illegal) 4. Always have police car downstairs which means here is unsafe. 5. Lost package, not enough space for resident use. 6. Some Crazy cars drive in the garage at fast speed and noise loud sounds. 7. Some teenage come in the to roof drinking and smoking. 8. Some homeless people came into the swimming pool. 9. Dog's pee on the stairs. 10. Always has wet dryer smell come into our apt. I think it is the building design problem.
