Vista 99 Apartments

Please don't waste your hard earned money on these apartments. No security here. Packages get stolen all the time. They don't have a package room and the packages that are left outside your apartment gets stolen in an hour. Management is inconsiderate and does nothing, absolutely nothing to help you out. You cant leave your bike in the bike room, mine got stolen in a week. Cars get stolen and broken into almost everyday even inside the secured parking space. Also no rent control here and every year rent gets increased by 10% or more.

Our 2 bikes got stolen from the locked bike area in the parking within a month of moving to this society. I dont know what security they provide when no one is responsible for stuff getting stolen from their guarded areas.

The maintenance team here at Vista 99 -- Jonathan, Armando, and Jaime in particular -- consistently deliver outstanding service. They are quick to respond, efficient in execution, and have always been pro-active and helpful during my stay Vista 99.

Throughout the time Ive lived here the maintenance team has gone over and beyond getting things fixed in a more than timely manner. Thank you to Johnny and Armando for always being attentive to the community even with being so short staffed within the maintenance team.
