The location in downtown San Jose was great. Everything was very walkable. The property manager, Camisha, was the best. She created a sense of community by hosting events. Guillermo was very knowledgeable and timely with all the maintenance and repairs.

I just wanted to come on here to write a thank you to Camisha. She made my year at Sparq a great experience. She genuinely cares so much about her tenants & the community as a whole. She was always so responsive and prompt through out my entire time there whether it was regarding my unit, parking, or a concern. Shes genuine and you can tell she really takes pride in her title & goes above and beyond for her tenants. I will miss her, thanks for all ur help and Sparq is lucky to have you!

I thought I would give Sparq a second chance as I had many problems my first time but it was one of the cheaper options in the downtown area. I highly regret this decision. Never have I experienced such greedy money-hungry property management.

I have been at sparq for over 2 years and it has been absolutely amazing! While lacking some amenities like a gym, there is not much more I could ask for. And the property manager, Camisha is wonderful! I stop by her office when I have a moment and always have a great chat. She is also pushing hard on organizing a bunch of community events, which is greatly appreciated. She has also helped me out with the various questions/concerns I have had and never been disappointed :D The neighbors are also great, every one maintains a peaceful environment and everyone is very friendly. The location is also amazing, being right in downtown SJ, there is always something going on! Definitely recommend checking out the apartments if you are considering moving to SJ!
