Unethical business practices | Steal your money! - This place treats you the worst after leaving their apartment. They never paid even a single penny of my security deposit. Instead they tried to get money from me. - We had an inspection moved before, and everything was good then. But once you leave, they will take your money & try to get more money from me. - If you move to this place, make sure you understand, they are going steal your deposit. And try to attempt to get more money from you afterwards.

I am absolutely fuming with Century Towers. Imagine waking up at 1 AM to find your car gone, only to discover it's been towed! Paying a hefty $250 monthly for a parking spot should guarantee some peace of mind, but nope, instead, I'm hit with a $375 bill and a major inconvenience. Just for not showing the tag. This is beyond unacceptable. It's like they're in cahoots with the tow truck drivers to ruin our nights and empty our wallets.

I have lived at Century a towers for a little over 2 years. The location is great and maintenance is constantly ready to fix any household material problems. Leasing office communication could use improvement but be persistent and they will resolve issues.

Called Century Towers home for the past 3 years, and left many good memories. The move-out process is as smooth as move-in, without crazy charges. Maintenance team is always responsive, and I literally had no complaints living here!

NOT A SMOKE FREE COMMUNITY. Moved in during December and throughout the entire month my unit reeked of cigarettes ALL DAY (smoke comes in through the kitchen/living room vents). Issue was resolved for a few weeks and now its happening again. I did not have this issue at One South, Centerra or The Julian. If I had known this would be a problem I would not have signed this lease. Let my experience be a warning for those considering leasing at Century Towers.
