Worst place ever, the apartment looking nice and place too. But the agent who in charge of scheduling appointments is just not educated well. Last week I called them to schedule appointment on Tuesday this week, and just to make sure I called again yesterday to confirm it. Everything seem good until when I come to the place, 30 mins driving not a short drive. They told me there is an emergency without any cancellation announcements and super rude with me. JUST DONT RENT THIS PLACE UNTIL THOSE STUPID AGENTS GONE

I completely agree with the reviews. As a new applicant, thats why I applied for the apartment because I know what I can afford to pay only. $1500 is too much for a single person to pay. I asked for $1200 but the office manager said no because they only have $1500 for now. Heres the thing, before asking for the applicant fee for $50 make sure first if the person agrees with the monthly pay your asking. Never get someones money if you are unsure of. Plus never ask for tons of documents if you cant offer any of the needs of the new applicant. Never waste someones time, money and effort.

The worst affordable housing I have ever lived. They ruined the poor families lives . They towed my car in my proper parking spot saying no visible permit . And my Parking permit was in the car . I paid it $315 even I have my parking permit .No visitor parking . You can not leave your shoes or your belongs front of your door or balcony. They coming to check your apartment without a note .I wouldnt feel that I rented the Unit $1850 /monthly. With not freedom. They choice for you where to put your sofa . The rent you have to pay before 5th of the month or they will charge you $50 extra. The worst management and place to leave. All they need is your money . Please avoid this apartment even they give you free Unit .
