I rented this apartment 1.5 years ago and unfortunately my experience with the management was very unsatisfactory. We reported various issues during our stay, but they were not resolved effectively. Additionally, when I left the apartment, my entire security deposit of almost $1,000 was withheld when I left the apartment in a clean and undamaged condition. This unfair behavior by rental agent is unacceptable and discourages people from renting apartments. Some legal consequences should be considered to hold tenants accountable for the improper use of their funds.

In a great location, with many stores and shopping centers nearby. I had many fun times there, so would definitely recommend to others!

Very nice apartaments, I would definitilly recomend it for anybody who has kids. Very nice neighbors.

In my opinion, the location is excellent. The apartments are conveniently located in a lovely area with quick access to local restaurants, shops, and our middle school, high school, and Safeway as well! If you have a child, then they don't even have to wake up early to get to school, they can even walk there and still get there on time! You also don't have to drive to get your groceries anymore, since safeway is right next to it. They even have a couple of playgrounds and a pair of swings inside the area, not to mention the public pool. I highly recommend these apartments to any families.
