They are NOT active to take Live Scans. Unethical, incompetent and very rude. I came in with my form and the code to show the online payment (with an email receipt as well). I was told they could not accept online payments because they have no means to collect the funds, and I should pay them directly. I reiterated that I already paid; they said I should request a refund and then pay them instead. Since I already paid online I decided to go elsewhere and I called the Live Scan company directly. I was told this company is no longer active to do live scans! I went to another company and the first thing they said was "You need to make an ONLINE payment." I said I did and they said "Great you are all set." I was in and out in a matter of minutes. So why did Fastline try to get me to pay them directly, after I already followed the proper payment procedure? RUN from this company. They are unethical and unscrupulous.
