Super helpful. Asked about packing and shipping a bike and they were happy to email around locally for me to find a bike box. Great service!

Great Resource near home. Staff has been very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Met all my expectations. Great for drop off of merchandise returns. Only slight downer was a young female employee who refused to wear a mask and gloves. I asked if she had access and she said yes, but shrugged it off. I asked an individual behind the counter (both of us wearing gloves and masks) during my next visit and he stated Fed Ex does provides its employees with protective gear. His response was that Fed Ex can't force employees to wear protective gear. My specialty is not employment law, but in this emergency situation, the explanation did not ring true. (As I write this, I may contact Fed Ex headquarters and inquire further.) The individual I spoke with understood my concern and was empathetic, but felt he was powerless to address wearing protective gear with a co-worker. He was particularly vigilant about making sure we kept 6' distance in a very professional manner, so he certainly got my vote. So, just be sure you are wearing your face mask and gloves when visiting this location just in case the employee behind the counter is not wearing protective gear. Otherwise, a great location, good selection of shipping supplies and employees are focused on the task at hand. They get the job done, which is all we can ask.

Contrary to the many badalbeit datedreviews, I had a very positive experience today at this FedEx location. The attendant quickly helped me pack up a bag of recently purchased Dandelion Chocolate cacao beans for shipment to a relative in Boston. It couldn't have gone any smoother!
