Amazing hotel, great service, beautiful room and amenities. I have never been to San Francisco and found this hotel to be reasonably priced for what it was, I realized upon arrival why it was priced lower than similar upscale hotels nearby. It is in probably the worst location in the city. Did not feel safe outside the hotel. Within 5 minutes of leaving the hotel, on our first morning in the city, we saw a dead unhoused person. Purposely did not leave the room after sunset. Again, beautiful room and hotel, would only stay if Im planning to Uber everywhere or never leave the hotel. My mistake for not better researching the location. Hoping others do not make the same mistake.

Very modern and well equipped hotel on the border of Tenderloin. The hotel itself is just pure perfection. Spacious rooms with everything you need including great coffee machine and comfy bed. WiFi is fast, staff is amazing. They have small coffee shop in the lobby as well as tap water dispenser with filter to fill up your bottles. Only minus can be its location. Yes it is city center but as Tenderloin is just a street away it might be a bit dangerous and you will feel a bit weird. Very good that hotel has its own security guards.

Love this place, anytime when we will come back to SF - only The LINE. Spacious and clean rooms, a pleasant lobby and a super unusual phenomenon - the staff without a forced smile at McDonald's. My favorite thing here is no extra fee for my pets! Ive never seen the same in USA, thank you

We had the best time at this hotel! We came in town for business, and were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and modern this hotel is. Its centrally located and food, shopping and attractions are within walking distance. Theres a well priced parking lot across the street if you want to skip the hotel valet at affordable and reasonable rates. The parking lot also has 24/7 attendants, so your car will be safe! The free water in the room came in handy. You never think about how grateful you are for free water until you come to the room late at night and a fresh bottle is waiting for you. I loved loved loved the fluffy robes that were in the room so we were able to shower, relax, and just watch TV after long business meetings. They had a knowledgeable security person at the front who answered our questions about parking & a friendly desk person who gave us recommendations about spots nearby. The hotel was divine, and we will definitely be back! I travel a lot for work, and have stayed in a lot of hotels, and this one has been one of the best! They pay attention to the detail, and their customer service is excellent!

The only positive point is the bed but the room is dirty with a really complicated location of the hotel. Lots of drugs in front (and not just weed) the area is dangerous from midday until late at night and even when soundproofed you can hear the screams of the "zombies" downstairs. In addition, the principle of night costs which are not included in my reservation is obvious to me with staff who are really not concerned by the situation. Clearly I do not recommend.
