San Francisco Marriott Union Square

I stayed in the hotel earlier this year. Rooms are nice and service is great. Only thing I concerned is that even though its close to union square, there are quite a lot of homeless staying there, which is actually very close to the hotel. As a female who travel alone, I felt a bit uncomfortable every time go back to the room.

Staff was rude and unhelpful. My partner also was grossed out by the state of the interior finishing by the bed and in the bathroom. The breakfast was bland and lacked options. There are much better choices in San Francisco.

Had a great stay at the Marriott Union Square in San Francisco. It comes with on-site parking, which is a bit pricey but totally worth it for the convenience, especially in the city. The hotel is clean and feels high-end, complete with a doorman who greets you warmly. The staff at the check-in was efficient, getting my room ready sooner than expected. There's a nice bar and a cozy restaurant for breakfast, adding to the convenience. Its location is ideal, just a short walk from downtown and the financial district, which is perfect for business trips. My 15th-floor room was a bit small, with just a shower, but it was nicely decorated and comfortable. There was a lounge area by the window with a table, ideal for working on a laptop. The bed was comfy, with plenty of pillows, and there was even an iron with a steam function great for getting wrinkles out of clothes. The shower was excellent, very modern with both a great shower head and a hand wand. Overall, the room and the hotel were very well-maintained. I highly recommend the Marriott in Union Square for anyone looking for a quality stay in San Francisco. Ill definitely be back.
