        Came in literally 15 minutes before they closed because I tore a big hole in my jeans and needed to replace them! Im traveling and was in dire need! Everyone was so nice and even helped me with sizing and finding a cut that wouldnt gape at my waist. Got me the heck in and out before close! 10/10 such a great experience! Thank you guys!

        The worst experience ever! This American Eagle sucks. I went in to buy a hair clip and the same day it broke so I went the very next day to return it and they wouldnt take it. Maria the manager did not empathize at all. Ive never felt more disappointed in my shopping experience. I dont think I need to be shopping here again if they sell broken products and dont even honor the return.

        Jasmine made me feel like I was having a luxury shopping experience. She made me feel like she was my personal shopper while still showing just as much attention to the other ppl in the dressing room. I hope she becomes a very rich woman bc thats how she made me feel today.
