I went to get change today and of course they asked about if I had a account. I told them no as I dont have one. Leonard was the person that helped me. He first said that he could do it this one time as he said that Wells Fargo only deals with its customers even though Ive been getting change for the last several years. I politely said, thanks and I understand. He asked what I needed and once I said roll of quarters he said I have to go somewhere else. I asked why and he said because Im not a customer of theirs. He already knew I wasnt said he can give change then switched his story. Furthermore when I asked why did he say yes now cant? He replied with Im not going back and forth with you. Hes not professional at all and this is why Id never ever again have a account there furthermore Im closing my personal account that I have. I never use it and now I know why. Wells Fargo you need to train Leonard better if you say your gonna do something then do it.
