Do not trust this branch!! My mom has a safety deposit box here. She realized that a Bank of America employee stole small amounts of cash from the safety deposit box over time. She has some paperwork and has also hidden some cash within it. Don't trust this bank's safe. My mother rented a safe here to store documents, and she also kept a small amount of cash. She found that every time she went there, the cash was a little less (a few hundred less). She went to the manager, who said they were not responsible. Think about it, valuables are kept in a safe, but bank insiders can steal money. Do you dare to keep it in a bank safe? This is just the beginning. We will never give up until we get an explanation and uncover the thief who stole the money!

The only reason I go to this branch is because it is close to where I work. Unfortunately, it is always out of or about to run out of quarters. The only thing I need from the branch. The only reason I have a savings account is for cash and it is not serving that purpose.
