10/30/23, 12:45pm, I was depositing money in front of this bank counter. I inserted my bank card and put the money on the counter. The female clerk working at the counter grabbed the money, looked at it, and said, "You only deposit a few hundred dollars." I said, "Yes, that's all." Then, she put the money in front of me and said, "Just wait, I'll go to the toilet first." She left me standing there alone at a loss... I stood there like a fool in the empty hall... Later, I pulled out my bank card and left there, feeling very sad until today...

Warning- if you are BIPOC or do not look like the employees of this branch, you will not be treated the same as other customers. Long story short, the "manager" on Dec 16th, 2022, implemented false banking regulations barring my partner access to legal tender that listed him as the payee. When asked to speak to the manager, she said she was the manager. When asked for a business card, she said she had none.
To add salt to injury, I was actually the buyer of the cashier's check. Therefore, my time was wasted as well since the funds were deposited back into my account which was not the original purpose.
I know this ad hoc behavior of the branch manager is not reflective of BOA as a whole, but it is not excusable and should not be tolerated by the company nor stakeholders.
