How can i get some type of help with getting my money back from my safe deposit box WF LOST for 6 days and found it in another SLOT..& I never was compensated 4 Stress/inconvenience thinkin they were never gonna find my box w/Credit Cards & Personal family item

Oh gosh. What a pain. My insurance company has sent two refund checks directly to Wells Fargo (since they own the escrow account for my loan) on January 2021 and July 2021. Both of them were cashed, and none of the transactions appeared on my escrow account. I've been in contact with Wells Fargo since February this year to understand what went wrong. First answer I was given by a representative left me speechless: "I don't know how I can help, you should check with your insurance company, bye." Thankfully, I persevered until a bit of research was made within their department, but without success. After months of silence, I decided to reach out to my primary contact who gave me his direct line. Unfortunately, he is probably not working for Wells Fargo anymore (it's been two weeks that my calls are sent directly to voicemail), and no one in Wells Fargo have any reference to any of the research he's done. Last time I heard from him was in July when he mentioned that Wells Fargo couldn't find any account where the checks had been cashed and that Corporate would refund me directly. 4 months later and still nothing... I'm placing calls every week and I'm getting new case numbers or new work-order references that lead to nowhere. I've provided all the evidence multiple times and still nothing. I'm really wondering in which pockets this money is going. It's something really crazy for such a large institution to have cases like this happening multiple times. My two cents: if you're choosing Wells Fargo for your finance needs, avoid their escrow accounts at any cost.

Absolutely ridiculous this bank is the worst I have ever got in touch with made me loose $85000 all my lifes earning and no one gives a single dam the bank does even pick up their phone in fact DISGUSTED DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE.

diversity guard was super rude. I was just looking at the fountain and trying to see if there was a bathroom and he yelled at me unprofessionally like I was robbing the dam place. I shouldn't be discriminated if I'm just looking for a bathroom, you should come down and speak to me with respect. your security acted like a kid and it unexceptable. just letting you know.

My experience with Wells Fargo was very disappointing and upsetting. Last summer I was scammed out of $1,980.00 doesn't sound like alot to some but it was all my family and I had. And we have been struggling since. The bank never caught this. And I havetrying to solve it since. I even called the FBI. Very disappointed. And trying to solve the issue and talk to someone is a big issue..... I don't understand why I have not heard any Positive feed back from your bank. All I want is the 1,980.00 back this bank never caught on that it was just taken from my family. It's not alot of money for some. It sure is for us. I have e-mailed everyone I was suppose to. And no damn response about getting money back. REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!
