        Made an online purchase. GNC website and invoice clearly states items can be returned to any GNC location. We tried to return an unopened item to this store, but they refused to accept it. They said they would lose money if they refunded our money. This store is dishonest and clearly violates GNC policy. They just don't want to deal with it and don't want to have the return on their inventory.

        They dont even carry standard products and widely used brands, such as EAAs from Ghost. Sales rep was nice, but had no clue what he was talking about and was unable to help to provide basic descriptions of products. They rebranded this store from GNC to the current name.
