Went for some ice cream and came in as Doryan was beginning to clean up. He was so kind and helpful. Amazing customer service.

I recently visited my local Rite Aid store, and I was extremely disappointed with the experience. The shelves were almost all empty, making it nearly impossible to find the items that I needed. It was clear that the store was not properly stocked or maintained, as the few items that were available were scattered haphazardly on the shelves. I had to spend a significant amount of time searching for even basic items, and there's absolutely no staff in the aisles to help you out. To make matters worse, the staff seemed uninterested in helping you locate items or addressing my concerns about the lack of inventory. It was clear that customer service was not a priority for this store. Overall, I would not recommend shopping at this Rite Aid location. The empty shelves and lack of customer service make for a frustrating and disappointing experience every time I've come in. The manager is pretending to be a leader in pharmacy but for sure I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
