Out of all of the Sprouts Farmers Market locations, the North Park Sprouts has got to be one the worst stores to shop. Besides the high traffic of people on any given day, all squished into a small shopping space. There's the worst customer service... I understand that these team members can find it difficult at times to manage their bad attitude, especially when encountering a rude customer. Because my business is working with a variety of people daily with improving their well-being, my business depends on my ability to provide exceptional customer care. Today, while trying to find an item that appeared to be out of stock, I turned towards the male grocery team member and asked him if he would know when the sale item would be in stock. He grunted a few words of no help. It was obvious that he was not interested in doing his job and was being aggressive in his demeanor, which made me step away and say, "Thank you, but never mind." The interaction drew the attention and comment of another customer who witnessed how ugly the grocery team member behavior was towards me. This incident was brought to the attention of store management. I'm not sure if it will do any good because my experience has shown that most people are never held accountable for their poor actions. Because I no longer feel comfortable or safe shopping at this location, I will avoid doing future business with the North Park Sprouts Market.
