The staff's incompetence delayed my project by over a month, increased my costs and wasted my time. They assured me new tile would match the tile I had ordered from them previously and it did not. I waited 5 weeks for the additional tile to arrive from out of state and had a contractor there and ready to install only to find out it wasn't a match. I had to scramble to order more tile to finish the job. If I'd known I would've just picked up some basic in stock tile at Home Depot and my job would have been done over a month ago and I would've saved hundreds. Zero apologies or acknowledgment from management either.

Very friendly staff and clean environment. I shopped at dal-tile for years in multiple locations throughout the country and this one is by far one of the cleanest and easiest to reach and park. All the others either lacked parking or had to do several u-turns and driving through parking lots to reach.

We worked with designer Molly, she was knowledgeable and helped us design a total kitchen and 2 bathrooms, made sure everything was available in time to complete project,very customer oriented and a pleasure to work with.
