I was looking for some broken tiles for a project and stumbled upon their website. The broken tiles were very cheap and shipping was so quick! The colors and patterns are so pretty and Im very excited to start my project :)

Horrible customer service. We were told that our tile would take 4 to 6 weeks. We are now on week 9 and they do not have a reasonable explanation as to why our tile is not there. The manager is never able to answer questions and they still have no idea when our tile will be ready.
