I came to urgent care for a 6 week old knee injury that wasn't getting better. Being a visitor from out of state I was a little nervous.The staff at front desk were wonderful professional and informative! I was in and out in 45 minutes with a brace otc medicine ideas and an MRI referral. Within 2 hrs of visit I had an appt for MRI that following Friday! I finished up my MRI yesterday and in less then two hrs had results was told to walk into clinic after getting off phone for care plan! The whole process was fast and efficient! I see Ortho Dr tomorrow for shots protocol!! Would highly recommend this business for your Ortho needs!

**BEWARE** I implore anyone considering this office to be VERY CAUTIOUS. San Diego Sports Medicine in my experience has been a disaster - especially in the past 6-12 months. I don't trust this place. I don't feel safe or cared for here. - Lost blood tests - Doctors saying they would order tests and then just not doing some of them - Dismissive front desk staff - Little to no follow-up to discuss important results (you just get raw lab results in MyChart with no explanation, no remarks, nothing) Subjectively, the experience is always so impersonal. You are just another number here in an endless sea of patients. If you are looking for more reviews - sort by "Lowest Rating" and check out the other stories. Also note the timeframe of some of the more recent reviews and how long-time patients are describing the degradation of this office over time.

Poorly run. Sat in the patient waiting room for over 45 minutes with no doctor, or anyone, to pop in and communicate the delay. When we arrived we were told there was only one patient ahead of us. Waste of our time. There is a reason for the negative reviews, I should have listened
