The receptionist is over unprofessional is always over his head and gives out misleading directions on phone calls, thinks he is better than everyone . Watch out for the nurses . They are nice in front of your face and talks all sorts of nonsense between eachother while working acting as if they are trained professional by the medical assistant of Dr. james Chao name Tracy . The Nurses are rude, condescending and flat out disrespectful. I do not recommend anybody going to that office . They only want your money and wont give you the treatment unless it takes the right insurance. Co pay is too high Id go somewhere else with more professionalism and true hearted people
