Nancy recently sold our home and we couldn't be more thrilled and satisfied choosing her as our listing agent! We interviewed three other potential agents and all were well qualified but Nancy's personality and market insight separated her from the others. She knew things about the marketplace that the other agents didn't giving us the extra edge in determining many facets of the listing process. As they say, it's in the details, the little print, those little subtleties that separate the best from the others. Nancy's very hands on, handling all her open houses so she can be there should a potential buyer be ready to submit an offer. She has a transaction team that's well versed in the sales process and is on top of all the pertinent deadlines and procedures. Nancy helped me sell my parents home in La Jolla (May 2023) and was so great to work with! She was very accommodating working with my parents who are 85yo/83yo... She understood that they needed her to go over things slowly for them, with hard copies on all the paperwork versus doing things electronically. Nancy met with us quite often, but she was always happy to meet us and take us to "the next step". Nancy was very easy to reach by email and phone, and did a great job answering all of the questions that we had. She had Brandon help us too - we were in really good hands throughout the whole selling process! Nancy had the BEST crew - from: referring us to a person that helped us get rid of unwanted items, to clearing out the house, to cleaning the house/carpet/tile. She had an amazing painter that took care of the interior/exterior paint, and the staging of the home looked incredible! The notary we worked with did an excellent job, as well as the various businesses that she used to process the loan/paperwork. It was so nice to have things move smoothly and efficiently. The paperwork was simple because she was always well prepared, and explained what it was that we were signing. We never felt left out in the dark, or rushed. We are grateful that she was very kind and patient because this was all very new to us. We appreciate the final paperwork being copied/delivered by hand. Nancy always came up with solutions for us when anything arose. At one point we explained to her that we may need to slow down the process to take care of the sunroom removal and she was mainly concerned about my parents, and how they were feeling... She did not make us feel like we needed to keep things "on schedule" because she wanted to be sure that everything was done to my parents liking. There is not one thing that I would suggest for Nancy to do differently - she is very good at her job, and both my parents and I are grateful that she took such good care of us (and helped my parents get a great price on their home). If Nancy is still working when we decided to sell our home she is the ONLY person we'd consider using. A+ across the board - she made something that could be painful... painless. Nancy really took care of our needs, and we're very grateful for her help/time. We highly recommend Nancy to help you as well!
