My realtor was Karlee VanDyke who was assisted by Andrea Fasulo, they knocked it out of the park! I have never had real estate agents work so hard to get me the best price for my home, always there to answer my questions as well as calm my wife and I's fears as we ride the emotional roller coaster of selling one's home. Now Karlee is helping us find our new home and I know that will work out great too! I have that much confidence in our realtor because I have sold a home in the past with a different realtor and never got this level of expertise and service. The Realtor came in with a strategy to sell my house, expert photos and drone shots, detailed guidance to make sure everything was perfect and my home showed the best. Their strategy worked and they had my house sold with the proceeds in my bank in less than a month from the time I first reached out to them. From the time they listed my home on the market to the first weekend of open house to an accepted offer was less than a week!!! I don't think any other realtor could have got me such a great price for my home!!! Thank you Karlee and thank you Whissel Realty!!! I am referring this realtor and their Realty team to everyone! If you are looking for a realtor and you know having the best would benefit you the most, then your Realtor should be Karlee VanDyke. Just google her past sales and you will see that her track record speaks for itself. So many homes sold! 4/9/2024 This is the follow up review to Karlee VanDyke helping me find a house after she already got me an amazing price for my old home. Been in my new home now for almost a month and yes I am still unpacking but the place is great and I was lucky to get it with all the competition out there. Just wanted to give another shout out of THANK YOU!!! to my Realtor Karlee VanDyke and Andrea Fasulo for landing me this great house. I believe the Sellers received at least 15 offers, may have been 18, not 100% sure but Karlee was able to negotiate a win for me in getting the house. Even before I put in an offer, I asked her what my offer should be and the advice I got was spot on. The number was even a little lower than what I thought I should offer but I am going to listen to the expert that fully understands the market and guess what I got the winning bid first try! Then their were some inspection bumps in the road but she also got me through those with a nice size credit negotiated to cancel out any issues I needed to deal with. So from start to finish (Selling of my old home to buying of my new home) I had a great experience and so will you if you pick this realtor!

We were considering selling our home in San Diego to Open Door to avoid the drama and hassle of working with buyers but thankfully we met Adrian Quijano. Because I am a disabled veteran, we were concerned about the timeline but he was ready with a selling strategy that fit our specific needs. Anytime we had a question or a doubt the entire way through, he was personally there to respond. We didn't have to rely on others to answer our concerns. If you are looking for a realtor who knows the ins and outs of todays unpredictable real estate market, Adrian is your man. We highly recommend him for buying or selling a home!
