The Closing timeline was very helpful as were the videos and explanations of the process. I have worked in escrow and title for 20 years and JCs team is the first real estate team that has provided this level of detail and communication I have experienced. Working with JC and Spencer was excellent. We had a bump or two but recovered well. Spencer did the day to day and JC helped with the bumps. Both are confident and know their business well. We did a deal that dealt with HomeLife that allowed us to move faster than selling and then buying the new house we had found. It all worked like clockwork! We even managed to close a few days early.
