Jeff is absolutely amazing!!!! My husband and I purchased a vacation home In Anza-Borrego desert and he supported us throughout the entire process. The house ended up with title issues after the seller accepted our offer. It was a long, stressful process to get those cleared. Jeff took all of my phone calls, texts, and emails ( there were tons), and even made the 2 hour drive to the house with a smile. He was always available. I will never buy or sell a house without him!!!

Back in 2014 Jeff was my Realtor. He helped me sell my home in the Otay Ranch area and help me on my way to Las Vegas, NV. I miss San Diego so much that I'm thinking of moving back soon and I started to think, who will I call to be my realtor.....of course Jeff. Back in 2014 I had went through 2 realtors before hiring Jeff. My house had been listed previously and no real promising action. I remember why I hired Jeff to help me sell home, he is handsome, awesome smile , dresses sharp and really listened to my requests when selling my home. Ill never forget once he took over he immediately sold my home (351 Caminito Barcelona , Chula Vista ,CA 91914) I couldn't believe how fast he sold it. And here I had 2 previous real estate agents that didn't get nothing done prior to him. If you want fast immediate results, trust in Jeff. Best Realty experience I have ever had thus far. One thing I learned "people only buy from people they like" so when considering your sales person hire Jeff because he is very likable and a true genuine person. Jeff Discher has helped me purchase and sell several properties! He helped and guided me through the entire process with patience and even took the time to teach me how to make money on the properties I purchased with him as my realtor.
