Mary and Z were excellent to work with. At the initial meeting, they were completely prepared with a great analysis of the current market. We discussed our home and what could be done to improve its curb appeal and presentation to buyers. From repairs and paint to the final touches with staging, we were provided with great resources and ideas. Z walked us through the sale process, contracts, and they were excellent negotiators. We sold our home and came away with a little bit more than we had anticipated. We look forward to working with Z and Mary again on our next transaction.

It was such a joy working with these professionals with the sale of our house. My husband and I have lived in North Park for about 16 years. We have seen the McTs pink signs all over town for all these years and always said that if we ever sold our house, this is the Real Estate team we would hire. We met Mary and Z several times when they were hosting open houses, and they were always so nice, professional, and easy to talk to. Never were they pushy. Well, the time came, and we did decide to move to the East Coast. That is when we called them. Their resources were terrific. They saved us thousands of dollars by guiding us on what not to bother with and what would get us the best bang for our buck. Our home looked amazing, and in no time at all, we were ready to go on the market. We received multiple offers and more than we ever imagined. Our house did need a lot of work, but Mary strategically negotiated in such a way that not only did we not do any repairs, we barely had to give any credits whatsoever. The only regret is that we wish we could work with them when we buy in NC.
