Look no further he has alot of good reviews for a reason he's is professional, well spoken and trust worthy. I wasn't sure who to call when looking to sell my house I had an issues with a leaky roof that was in bad shape an unfinished bathroom and didn't want to have showings or waste my time by giving credits to buyers so I called Tim gordon and he offered a reasonable amount of money for my house in the shape it was. When I decided I didn't feel comfortable with the current escrow company he had he switched it for me which was very nice of him. He has ppl come over check you're house and evaluate it to make a deal that can work for everyone. Tim told me to leave anything that cause me stress that I couldn't take with me to the next place which was awesome. Tim gordon will give a reasonable offer on you're house but make sure you're honest about you're property upfront that way Tim can give you a correct quote.

I found Tim Gordon by browsing the web for investors that buy homes in San Diego. I filled out a short form online and Tim contacted me very shortly after. We spoke that evening even though it was 9:00 pm. I told Tim my situation - my Dad had passed away and I needed to sell his home to settle his debt. But, to complicate things, my sister still lived in the home and she wasn't willing to do a traditional sale and have complete strangers roaming the house.
