Colette, of San Diego Coast Realty, recently helped my 90+ year old grandparents with the sale of their home. She is knowledgeable, professional and more importantly, patient. My grandparents are not familiar with e-signing documents, so Colette printed and hand delivered all the required documents for their review and signatures. She even personally scheduled a handyman for them to take care of some minor repairs the home needed prior to closing. There were a few other unforseeable challenges during the process, but Colette handled it with ease and was able to negotiate a fair deal. She is honest, thorough and worked hard to make sure everything was taken care of so they could close escrow on time and they could have a smooth transition into their retirement home.
