Briana is terrible, unprofessional, rude, and flat out bad at her job. This company is bad for owners and renters alike. Thinking of gathering others to join in potential legal action.

Honestly, I dont ever suggest this company at all! I have been requesting from them to fix couple of things and never done anything and its been over six months. I have never worked with unprofessional people like this before who doesnt care. The only thing they are smart at is how to raise the HOA. I would really love to get connected with someone who is in charge and can take an action.

Our condo complex, Forest Park Plaza, uses Pernicano to manage the HOA. Pernicano is absolutely awful to work with. You have to call 5 times to get a response. One person will tell you one thing. The next person will tell you something different. Half the vendors they use stink. I can't figure out why we haven't changed property management companies yet? We can only go up from here. Pernicano is a 1-star company!

As we all know, HOA's are not good since they don't have ownership, pride, and integrity in their work for the managed properties. I have multiple issues that are required by the (CC&Rs) to be maintained by the HOA; however, they love to give the run around for weeks and yet receive no resolution. It would start with ignoring your email, followed by "I will get back to you," waiting on the contractor quote, then "We are working on it with the board," finally, it would be followed by the "HOA doesn't have the financial ability to pay this quote at this time". I experienced the same experience with both account managers, Ms. Jax and Mr. Philip. Please let go of the account, or you just practice a different business, not in this field. Also, I encourage you to revise your mission statement that states the following: "Our knowledgeable and professional staff prides themselves in providing our clients with the finest customer service and attention to detail possible." Please, write a true mission reflects your work ethics and customer service. This review aims to share my last experience of a water leak that I advised Mr. Philip, about 17 days ago, yet I am still waiting for a follow-up.
