Cethron Property Management

Rented from cethron propertys Dina Emersons Bossier Louisiana property since January. I was promised a walkthrough upon key exchange. That never happened. Once moving in we noticed holes in the floor so bad that my kids were tripping everyday. Our washer was backing up into our bathtub. We have zero power to 7/8 plugs in the kitchen and zero plugs in the master bedroom. We were also under the impression for $1500 we had central heat and air but went two weeks with no ac or heat during an ice storm waiting for window units to get delivered. After two months of begging for repairs we finally got a maintenance man out who pulled up the floors to find complete molded and rotted wooden floors. They were repaired but the electric issue and plumbing issue where sewage backing up still exist! I have continuously reached out to Dina with excuse after excuse! Ive been told shes sent electricians out and even have me electric companies. Ive called them to verify and they have no idea who I am or what Im talking about. Ive been lied to non stop and now shes threatening to take ME to court because I requested a credit for the hassle of living here three months. My clothes dryer has now completely blown most likely due to her poor electric and thats also not her problem! Ill be uploading proof of the insane excuses Ive received along this time frame and poor conditions Ive dealt with.

Wouldnt even give one star. Been with them for a year and they have been trying to screw us over multiple times. Are hardly contactable and for over 6 months Ive been trying to get my deposit back. Stay away from them.

My company did work for thid management on forthworth more specific casa del parque property, we send the invoice to get pay and they are just making excuses to pay us we have to retired from that property because management dont know where they at o what they doing they own me $6880us dolars
