Steve really helped me out. As military trying to find a place last minute before a long time at sea, Steve found me a place as well as worked with me in my timeline to match me with what I needed. He also gave a very fair price for the area compared to other rental fees. When something needed fixing, a technician was there the next business day to resolve the issue. I highly recommend this realtor for anyone needing a place to live and a helpful and easy to contact landlord.

Worst property management company I’ve ever dealt with. Building was infested with roaches, rats, and there were wasps in the roof shingles. I was lied to upon signing the lease regarding the roaches. I talked to other tenants in building on Iowa St. who said it’s been a problem for a long time and some tenants moved out because of it. This slumlord likes to put his unprofessional son in as “property manager” and doesn’t answer phone calls unless it’s to take your money. Everyone knows you need to treat a whole building to get rid of an infestation but they refuse to do that. The craftsmanship on the cabinetry is terrible and has huge gaps around piping. They put bandaids over major problems. I had to spend a LOT of time and money to avoid taking the roaches to my new place. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE.
