I have been with them for several years and I can honestly tell you my experience just keeps getting worst. I call and text and receive no responses or follow ups. Josh is the current property manager and he is nearly impossible to get ahold of its ridiculous at this point. I'm so frustrated with their lack of communication. Are they ever in the office working? Not to mention when they initially took over this property they did a walk through and noted all of the items that needed to be fixed, but NEVER came to fix any of them. I am to the point of wanting to report my experience to the BBB.

Camryn and Christie at KFR are amazing to work with during the application, lease signing and move in process. This office actually cares about its residents. The maintenance team also does a great job!

I viewed an available 1 bedroom on Van Dyke Ave and applied once I got to work. Since then, my case management team and I have sent nurerous emails left many voicemails checking on status of application as I have been living in a motel and am urgently looking for a place. We have yet to have never receive a reply with any update. When I keep Googling them, they Temporarily closed,yet the apartment I applied for has mysteriously disappeared from their vacancy listings. Not angry, just disappointed that I never heard back, because I really loved the unit.
