J&D Management is the best property management company ever! Both Taylor and Oliver exceeded my expectations and were tremendously helpful with the entire move in process. Thanks to them, this was the easiest move ever, and I am absolutely amazed at how quickly they took care of any maintenance issues I had. They are simply the best!

We have had the worst experience with this rental company. They are not only extremely dishonest but will also do whatever they can to take as much of your money as possible. My worst rental experiences in the past do not compare in the slightest to the nightmare we just went through with this company.

My husband and I loved our unit on Stanley Ave. Signing up for the unit was quick & easy. We lived on the second floor, never had complaints from our downstairs neighbors. The neighbors were all clean & friendly. John and Taylor were awesome! Whenever we had issues, it was taken care of ASAP. John & Taylor, always responded on a timely manner & were super helpful.

Short version: Rude, unreasonable, and greedy. Oliver was horrible to deal with. As a renter, avoid at all costs. Read the other bad experiences others have posted and a pattern emerges. Story Time: I just started applying for places to rent because my current landlord passed away unexpectedly and his heirs have decided to sell the house. I found a place managed by these guys on a popular property search site and requested a tour + more information on the application process, and was contacted the following day (September 21st) by the leasing director, Oliver. Oliver spoke to me in an extremely curt and abrasive manner, as if he wanted to be off the phone before he even called me. He wanted to know when I could move in, and when I told him it would be about 30 days because we're in a current lease, but I was interested in seeing the property so that my roommates and I could decide whether or not it met our needs. He said that my timeline was unreasonable because "[He] need[s] to make the property owner money and would have to explain why he's letting the property sit empty for a month to the owner." He countered with an "I can push the move-in date to maybe October 1st at the LATEST" and when I said that was too soon but I'd still like to check out the property, he refused because I would be "wasting his time". He then said I'll send you our website so you can apply if you change your mind and hung up. I don't know why the company's website touts Oliver's "friendly and charming demeanor" when they've worked with him for 10 years and should know better by now. If this is the first impression your company leaves, I can only imagine how much worse it is after a lease is signed. After reading some of the other reviews, it's clear this was just the first box of red flags out of many, and that I should take my business anywhere but here.

As a real estate investor of 20+ years, I can say that a good Property Management company is hard to find. Joshua and his team are exactly what I was looking for over the years. No need to look any further.
