I have never worked with a better management company. My husband and I lived in an apartment that was privately managed by this company for two years, and we have never worked with a better landlord in our life. One time I was out of town, and the condo complex I was living at was getting the parking lots re-paved and my manager actually went to my apartment got my spare keys to my car and moved my car for me. When I say they have A+++++ service I mean it. Honestly really great people and very very responsive!

As a broker Royce was able to offer a higher level of service way beyond your typical sales agent. Pacifically he navigated all the complexities of our purchase with ease. No small task for a VA loan. Very pleased highly recommended.

I just want to take minute to thank Royce and express my deepest gratitude. He took a chance on me and rented our condo to us for the past year. The market was competitive and I kept getting discouraged that I wouldnt find a place to rent by our desired deadline. Im a single mother so moving can be so stressful. He worked hard and gave us the best deal he could and made it possible for us to rent our condo in UTC. He was always there and answered any questions I had. He was kind, friendly and really was the best property manager Ive ever had. I called his cell phone day and night and he was always available for me. Not like other companies that I had to wait on hold, leave messages and not got a call back. We felt safe in our place and it was the stepping stone for us until we found a place to buy. Once I found a place to buy and we were approved he was so understanding and knowledgeable of the process. Royce again stepped in and worked with us to make the transition smooth. He wasnt like any other landlord I have ever had. He refunded my whole deposit and saw how hard I worked to give the place back in the best condition possible. He was literally the best and Im very grateful to him and Royce Property Management for giving us a chance to make it and never giving up on me. Thank you again Royce. If you are looking to rent, buy or sell he is your guy.
