If you want to save lots of money on commission and still get great no nonsense service, Suder Realty (1% commission) is the place to go. Dave & Darla have the process down (from marketing to final closing). They are not into handholding. Just straight to the point and facts about how to sell your home and what to expect. They just set things up and leave you alone unless you have questions. We kind of like that and are very glad that we chose Team Suder!

Dave and Darla Souder represented me a a seller. The entire transaction was handled with professionalism and my questions and concerns were all handled in a timely manner. Their commission structure was also appreciated, no need to pay 2 or 2.5% in today's market, especially in a community where the median home price is well above $750K.

We made the life changing decision to sell our SD home of 14 years in July and researched many agents/brokers in SD. Ultimately we decided on Suder Realty and Dave Suder. We entered a contract in early July and despite some issues with the buyers lender still closed escrow and everything end to end wqs done in approximately 90 day. Suder Realty DID A GREAT JOB, walking through the process and managing everything remotely despite COVID-19. They were professional and we highly recommend them is looking to sell or buy in SD.
