A lot of things needed to be addressed upon moving in as leakage, AC filter, ... They were not helpful. The maintenance director just told me it's as. No habitability issues are not "as is" Packages were stolen from here multiple times and AHP did care about this Do not recommend.

This company is not a proffesional property management company. They demand a credit check of $43.00 for every person over the age of 18 working or not even a stay at home Mother. They are in all appearance and practice anti family. If you have a wife and child over 18 your charge will be $129 dollars for a credit check? Thats with out a guarantee they will rent to you. So I demanded a refund of my $43 dollars.Watch out for this company. They messed up I have been a tenant for over 20 years and never late on rent.

I strongly recommend this business both the owners and tenants since management here takes great care of both sides very professional staff with much curiosity and care maintenance management is quick to respond and take of the problem Manager Daniel V is very attentive and responsive I'm happy to be their client for a few years now I strongly recommend this business
