    Rude, belligerent and horrible with people (and animals). Stay away from these guys, Diana in particular is a very very bad apple.

    Even before I signed my lease they implied that the rent would be raised every year. That's fine, but I'm signing a two year lease which means by law you cannot increase rent until the end of the lease. She was appalled that I knew my laws and lagged on communications after that. Sometimes rude people are a blessing in disguise. Let's you know who to stay away from.

    If you are a potential tenant or a property owner-  Beware! Do your research!  When this prop mgr came in, where I was living,it seemed that everything she said was a lie or incorrect.  She said one thing, her representatives said another.  Her reputation is one of forcing out long term tenants, doing a 'quick and dirty' on the property and doubling the rent.  Someone close to the firm said that this is what she loves to do. It was obvious to me that she very much enjoyed the process of forcing us out. I was a forty year tenant and this aggressive prop mgr came in and raised the rent $1000, and did not do the things she said she would.   I recently spoke with someone, near the property that I moved from, and they said the owner did not keep Witt Property Management  for  long. Evidently  It did not take the property owner (only a few months) to see that Witt just did not get things done. In my opinion it is prudent for you to find out more before working with this company, as a tenant (they regularly raise the rent), or as an owner.   Like I said, they said one thing and did another.

    My wife, dog Bruce, and I rented from Diana this Fall. The North Park rental was very modern, clean, and well-furnished.Diana communicated directly and up-front about everything associated with move-in and move-out. After we left, she quickly verified the condition of the unit and completed all of her contractual obligations without delay. I've had property managers who become vague and difficult to reach at move-out. I think we all have. Diana's excellent communication and clear expectations set her apart and made our experience with Witt Properties a solid 5 stars.
