I am a retired disabled veteran. I asked for help looking for an apartment as I am hoping to move there but aren't sure of the prices/neighborhoods. I said I'd be willing to accept a studio if necessary. He obviously didn't even read my message thoroughly before answering or even asked how much I had to spend on rent. His reply was rude and degrading. He actually replied: "I suggest you look on craigslist. Good luck." If this is their business plan it sucks. I highly recommend avoiding this company.
