Property Management Consultant

I am Jims wife, and the owner of a condo unit managed by Property Management Consultants. I can only give this company 1 star because there is no way to post a zero. The story of what happened to me should raise a red flag towards anyone who would ever consider hiring them. I had a legitimate issue with the HOA, and PMC allied with the HOA against me in ways that would horrify anyone looking for property management. Even if you only want property management of single properties, would you want to deal with people like this? Please do not hire these unprofessional, careless people. If you are lucky, you might be OK. If not, you may experience a nightmare like mine. I would be happy to share the details of what this horrible company has done to me.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. This is the most useless company. I do not know how they stay in business. They make mistakes time after time. I can count at least 4 major mistakes in 2 and a half years that has cost our HOA several months in fees and wasted time/effort. Just washed down the drain because PMC is completely inept. I asked them to fix one of the most egregious mistakes that cost us 5 additional months on top of the 5 months we have already spent waiting for them and the worst customer service representative in the whole company responded "We are human, we made a mistake and we are owning up to it." And then she proceeded to do nothing to fix it. In business you cannot be completely inept and just apologize and everything is fine again. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

They are literally the WORST HOA company in the world. They do not return your calls or emails. Our unit has termites an they were supposed to call us back before another hoa was supposed to take over an they never did. I called and they said they no longer handle that building anymore. They told us the building has no money but what do they do with all the HOA fee income? Such a scam they should be sued. Dayana is the worst and never gets back to you.
