I was visiting from the east coast and wanted to get back to my gym routine. I had just come back to the gym from a shoulder injury as well. Not only was the facility fantastic, but the trainers and staff were extremely welcoming. Any time I needed a modification, they provided one and checked in. I felt very comfortable and loved all of the workouts! Thanks guys!

Was visiting San Diego and stopped for a drop in class. Tyler was super helpful getting me set up on the front end and had an awesome experience with Braden as the trainer. Super friendly and energetic and provided great corrections when needed. Stop by if you're visiting and looking for a good workout

Very good training center. I have trained at several different centers in SoCal and F45 Little Italy has a very good atmosphere, the coaches Tatum, Braden and Michael are very friendly, professional and dedicated to helping us improve with each training session. It is clear that they want to provide a good experience to attendees. I hope to come back soon! (I live in the). Happy 2024!
