Sports Performance Physical Therapy - Kearny Mesa

Sports Performance is great. I have worked with other physical therapists at other PT places in the past, and I can say that Dr. Brandon is by far the best and most knowledgeable PT I have ever worked with. I have some significant chronic pain that I have dealt with for many years, and Dr. Brandon has really helped me get back to working out, so I can return to a more active lifestyle. I highly recommend this place for PT.

I can't recommend Sports Performance enough. I have worked with them off and on for the last seven years. Recently, they have helped me recover from three herniated discs and improved my quality of life immensely. Anyone that has ever dealt with crippling chronic pain knows how this can indeed have a detrimental effect on all aspects of your life. I will forever be grateful for their help.

I came to Sports Performance in May with IT band pain that was preventing me from running. Dr. Brandon worked with me over the course of six months to rehab my injury and I am now two weeks away from running a half marathon and feel stronger than ever! Sports Performance is absolutely fantastic. I used to go to chiropractors and masseuse multiple times a month just to function and get temporary relief from a multitude of physical ailments. Since going to Sports Performance, I have drastically improved physically and no longer utilize chiropractic care or massages for temporary relief. The concept of treating the source rather than the symptom is a welcome change from the other care I have typically recieved. Dr Brandon has helped me understand my body, how to train it, how to heal it and how to prevent it from falling apart. I can go on about how impressive, welcoming, friendly and skilled Sports Performance is.
